1、转链接口（含商品ID转链、淘口令转链及万能转链接口）

以上接口传入参数新增：

输出参数新增：min_commission_rate，值为%比

• 淘宝客订单查询API：https://open.21ds.cn/index/index/openapi/id/83.shtml?ptype=1（根据官方文档修改为最新版，关于本次规范的参数暂时不明，后面确定会修改本说明）

• 全网淘客商品查询API：https://open.21ds.cn/index/index/openapi/id/9.shtml?ptype=1（本接口入参新增：relation_id 、special_id）
